First the prawn pakoda.. it was amazing the credit goes to non- other than rajeeb.
The second one was chicken as a starter... we tried a lot variety of it in starter ... and some how managed to get something similar to KFC chicken .... what is really close by to it ?
But what matters is that we enjoyed it. And ofcourse how could i forget to mention the hard work of Kittu in all these. In making the ingredients ready.
The only things was that it became 11.30 in the night by the we finished the starters ..
Don't forget the liquids were there too .. and it was quenching our thirst all the time.
Then comes the deadliest of all the chicken dum biryani .
Rajeeb downloaded the recipe from the net, god only knew what will happen at that time. Later we also came to know the outcome no doubt about it.
In the mean time the party was on with man singh and Dada spending no time in finishing the starters as soon as they are served.
And then it was the begining of 2012, and the crackers started and the sky was lit with sparkles . The new year had arrived, a new begining with new hopes .
Don't forget the dum biryani , it was still on the gas stove . We were also eagerly waiting for it.
So here was dum biryani the, what came out was in look and feel is equivalent to biryani but.....
it was a sincere effort from Rajeeb to make a good dinner for us.
Don't forget the real fun was the get together...... rest the new year had begun so lets enjoy the party ...
